Shipping & Returns


Artisan Power® is located in the United States, and we ship from our warehouse in Massachusetts.  We ship a variety of products, however as many of our products are replacement batteries, we are required to ship most of our orders as "Dangerous Goods."  This can drastically raise the cost of shipments, especially for air and expedited shipments.

In many cases, we can finish your order over the phone, and offer more shipping options than are listed here on the website, with real time shipping quotes and delivery estimates. 

Domestic Orders

We offer 2 options for domestic shipping:  

Free Standard Shipping:  3-10 days.

Standard Shipping is what we strongly recommend for most of our customers.  We pride ourselves on our fast shipping department, with most orders shipping out in the same day.*  All standard shipments go out as Ground Shipping, and should arrive within a week of placing the order.  

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 days.

Expedited Shipments typically travel by air, and are delivered in three days or less.  Prices for expedited shipping are calculated based on your location.  If you have questions regarding the price of you shipment, please call us for more shipping options.  Most orders ship out same day.

*Different rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.  Please note that we are unable to ship any Lithium Ion (li-ion) batteries to PO Boxes.  



UPS and FedEx do not deliver Next Day Air Shipments on Saturdays and Sundays or Holidays.


International Orders

For customers in Canada, we offer both Standard and Expedited shipping at flat rates.  All other international orders are shipped via air and are subject to one flat rate.  Some countries do not accept dangerous goods, so we are unable to ship lithium ion  batteries.  For more options, information, or questions regarding international shipments, please Contact Us.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
