Extended Replacement Battery for the Motorola / Symbol MC9500, MC9590, MC9596 and MC959B Barcode Scanners. Battery fully replaces OEM battery number BTRY-MC95IABA0 and 82-111636-01. The 5920 mAh capacity rating is 23% higher than the OEM's 4800 mAh capacity rating. The battery is built for rough environments and features a metal clip for increased durability against wear and tear.  The battery also meets the US Military Standard Drop Test (MIL-STD-810G: Method 516.6) which involves 26 consecutive drops at 4 feet onto concrete. The back of the battery features a LED light that quickly shows the battery charge status, as shown in the images.  Press the button and the icon lights up for a few seconds to show approximate battery life.
