Location & Shipping Overview
Artisan Power® is based in the United States and ships from our warehouse in Massachusetts. Many of our products are replacement batteries, which are classified as "Dangerous Goods." As a result, shipping—particularly air and expedited—can be significantly more expensive than standard rates.
If you have any questions or concerns about shipping costs, please don’t hesitate to call us at (978) 562-4300. In many cases, we can complete your order over the phone and offer additional shipping options not available on our website, including real-time shipping quotes and delivery estimates.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer two primary shipping options:
1. Free Standard Shipping (3–10 business days)
Standard shipping is our recommended option for most customers. We take pride in our efficient fulfillment process, with most orders shipping the same day.* All standard orders are sent via Ground and typically arrive within a week.
2. Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
Expedited orders usually ship via air and arrive within three business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. For detailed pricing or alternative shipping options, please call us directly. Most expedited orders also ship the same day.

We cannot ship Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries to PO Boxes.

Next Day Air orders placed on Fridays will arrive the following Monday. UPS and FedEx do not deliver Next Day Air packages on weekends or holidays.
International Shipping
For Canadian customers, we offer both Standard and Expedited shipping at flat rates. All other international shipments are sent via air and are subject to a flat rate. Please note that some countries do not allow Dangerous Goods shipments, such as lithium-ion batteries.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of shipping your return, though often sooner. This estimate includes:
