All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal or internal business use and not for commercial resale or export.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Artisan Power is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once a shipment is transferred to a carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Artisan Power's online store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales transactions are made directly between you and Artisan Power. Shopify is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for any aspect of the sale, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased through our store. By using our Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your transactions with Artisan Power.
