Lanyard Holster for the Vocera Communications SmartBadge V5000.  Fully matches the OEM part number 230-02152.  The Plastic Holster snaps onto the back of the SmartBadge with the lanyard designed to be worn around the neck.  Features double break-away fasteners so it can be easily and quickly be removed, as well as a lapel clip.  The optimal poisoning for the badge is 6 inches below the chin.
